Charles Joujoute

Charles Joujoute, M.S., serves as the Manager of Medicare Advantage & Individual Sales at Health Alliance Medical Plans, overseeing a team of 8 professionals and providing support to over 1,200 external brokers and agents. Additionally, Charles holds the position of Manager of Small Group, Individual Sales & Retention at Carle Health while actively participating in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering Committee. Charles has a notable leadership history with NABIP, having served as President and currently holding the Vice President title in the NABIP Illinois Chapter and chairing the DEI Sub-Committee. Charles obtained a Master of Science in Leadership & Healthcare Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Suffolk University.
