Rachel Bayla Gregg

Rachel Bayla Gregg is an undergraduate student at Carleton College, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Geology/Earth Science, expected to graduate in June 2025. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant since September 2021, Rachel is involved in research on an enhanced silicate weathering project under the guidance of professor Dan Maxbauer, engaging in both field and lab work. In addition, Rachel holds roles as a Geology Teaching Assistant and Orchestra Manager at Carleton College. Since October 2017, Rachel has worked at the YMCA of Greater Boston as a Swim Instructor, teaching preschool children to swim, and as a Welcome Center Representative, managing member inquiries and operational tasks. Rachel's educational background includes a High School Diploma from Needham High School, completed in June 2021.
