Passant Fouad

Passant Fouad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control, team leadership, and market research. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at CARMA since March 2017, Passant has been instrumental in conducting training, mentoring team members, and maintaining company records. Previous roles at CARMA include Quality Control Lead, Deputy Team Leader, and Research Coder, which involved enhancing project quality, managing resources, and ensuring timely task completion. Prior experience as a Market Researcher at Maj for Consulting and a Junior Researcher at the Egyptian Observatory for Training and Consulting has equipped Passant with a strong foundation in research methodologies and public policy analysis. Passant also served as a Training Coordinator at INJAZ Egypt and completed a summer internship at the Youth and Development Consultancy Institute, further developing communication and coordination skills. Passant holds a degree from Cairo University, attained between 2012 and 2016.
