Pascal Dufour serves as Country Head for Luxembourg and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Carne Group since May 2016, leading the development of an advanced technology platform and innovative products for global asset management clients. Additionally, Pascal has been the Chief Executive Officer of Carne Digital Solution Ltd since January 2018. Previous roles include Managing Director of Risk Management and Operation at Lemanik Asset Management, Head of Product Strategy at Multifonds, Manager of Process Improvement at RBCDexia IS Bank, Senior Consultant at IGEFI, and Manager of Fund Accounting at Fastnet. Pascal holds a Master of Business Administration and a Professional Diploma in Management from The Open University, as well as training in Leading Across Borders and Cultures from INSEAD.
