Cody Clepper

Cody Clepper, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Cody started their career in 2015 as a Contribution Processor at PenServ Plan Services, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Carolina Filters and held various positions, including Staff Accountant from June 2016 to December 2017, Accounting Manager from December 2017 to April 2021, Controller from July 2018 to April 2021, and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer/VP of Finance & Admin since April 2021. Additionally, Cody Clepper is set to become the President of Carolina IAQ from February 2023 to November 2023.

Cody Clepper, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida Institute of Technology between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from Limestone University from 2011 to 2015.
