Andrew Freitas

Andrew Freitas, PE, is a Senior Engineer at Carollo Engineers since March 2022, with prior experience as a Staff Engineer at Greeley and Hansen and as a Water Resources Engineer at ARCADIS U.S. Andrew began professional development while studying at Virginia Tech, where a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science was obtained in 2011, followed by a Master of Science in Environmental and Water Resource Engineering in 2014. An internship at Pepper's Ferry Regional Wastewater Treatment Authority and experience as a General Dynamics Information Technology intern contributed to Andrew's expertise in the field.
