John Capille

John Capille is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the New Product Development Engineering Leader at CARR Biosystems since August 2023, where responsibilities include leading the NPD team, designing bioprocessing equipment, and managing the Stage Gate process. Previously, John held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Paragon Water Systems Inc, focusing on strategic project management, and spent a decade at MICROMO in various engineering roles, including Mechanical Engineer III and Quality Assurance Engineer, where significant contributions were made to custom design projects and quality assurance initiatives. John began their career at Goodrich as a Contract Manufacturing Engineer and gained research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant and Undergraduate Research Student at the University of South Florida, culminating in dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
