'Kayode Agbalajobi

Kayode Agbalajobi is an accomplished professional in the fields of asset management and architecture, currently serving as Director of Asset Management at Carr since June 2020. With extensive experience managing over a million square feet of commercial office space, Kayode focuses on delivering superior customer satisfaction, maximizing asset value, and achieving above-market returns for investors. Previous roles include a Graduate Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a BIM Manager, and a Project Architect at Consultants Collaborative Partnership, where significant contributions to Building Information Modeling and substantial architectural projects were made. Kayode holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT and multiple degrees in architecture from the University of Lagos.
