Gonzalo Alarcón has extensive experience in the retail and consulting sectors, currently serving as Director of Pricing and Market Studies, Director of Supermarket Organization, and Director of New Concepts at Carrefour since July 2011. Prior to this, Gonzalo held the position of CIO at Grupo Cortefiel from December 2003 to July 2011 and worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from September 1998 to December 2003. Gonzalo holds an MBA from INSEAD, completed in 2001, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, obtained in 1998.
