Chi Bui is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in automation and quality control. Currently serving as Senior Lead Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Synamedia since February 2022, Chi has been pivotal in enhancing quality assurance processes. Previously held roles include Senior Test Automation Engineer and Software Quality Assurance Developer at Absolute Software from May 2017 to present, alongside leadership as Software Quality Control Leader at ASWIG Group from October 2015 to April 2017. Experience also includes a significant tenure at TMA Solutions as Senior Software QC Engineer, and specialized roles at Avaya Government Solutions and VNPT. Chi Bui holds a Postgraduate degree in Information Technology Solutions from Humber College and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the Post and Telecommunication Institute of Technology in Hanoi, Vietnam.
