Kim Holloway currently serves as Vice Provost for Research Development at Northeastern University and holds multiple positions including Member of the Board of Trustees and Member of the Board of Directors at The Carroll Center for the Blind. Kim is also a member of the University of Leicester Alumni Association and Chair of the National Organization of Research Development Professionals (NORDP) - Northeast. Previous roles include Director and Associate Director of Research Development at Cornell University, where responsibilities involved advancing proposals for significant extramural grants. Kim's academic journey includes a PhD in Human/Medical Genetics from the University of Leicester, complemented by extensive research experience as a Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow, focusing on meiotic recombination and associated genetic mechanisms.
