Dr. Adel F Dimian

Dr. Adel F Dimian serves as the Dean of Graduate and Professional Studies and a Professor of Management at Carroll College since July 2018. Prior to this role, Dr. Dimian was a Professor of Strategy & Innovation Practice at Singapore Management University from July 2007 to July 2016, where responsibilities included teaching and consulting in various management practices. From October 2000 to July 2007, Dr. Dimian held the position of Vice President at 3M, overseeing medical compliance software solutions, with significant accomplishments in managing a $775 million electronics product portfolio and leading teams in the Asia Pacific region. Dr. Dimian's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and a PhD in Polymer & Coating Chemistry from North Dakota State University, alongside additional degrees in Chemistry.
