Bruce Kerr

Bruce Kerr is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and preconstruction roles. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Carroll Daniel Construction since January 2020, Bruce previously held key positions at Balfour Beatty Construction, where responsibilities included the assembly of Guaranteed Maximum Prices and Conceptual Estimating for commercial and high-rise residential projects. Bruce played a pivotal role in establishing the Preconstruction Department for the Carolinas Division from 2001 to 2013 and has also worked as Chief Estimator and Project Executive at Archer Western Contractors, as well as holding senior positions at Blinderman Construction and Heinz Construction. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bradley University.
