Alejandro Roman

Alejandro Roman is a technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and startup leadership. As Co-Founder of Carry since September 2022, Alejandro has played a key role in shaping the company’s vision. Prior to this, Alejandro served as an advisor for Onlylabs and MedsNow, contributing insights to both organizations from August 2022 to April 2024 and February 2022 to March 2024, respectively. Alejandro was also the Founding Engineer and Head of Engineering at Archie from January 2021 to September 2022. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer at Venmo, where Alejandro facilitated mobile payment solutions from September 2019 to March 2021, and software engineering roles at GE Digital and CareCloud. Alejandro’s early career includes an internship at Mount Auburn Cambridge Independent Practice Association, Inc. Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology & Business Management from Boston University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biotechnology from Santa Fe College.
