Ugandhar Pilla

Ugandhar Pilla is a seasoned professional in performance marketing and media, currently serving as the Regional Head of Performance at Carsome since June 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Performance at Performics, Head of Paid Search and Remarketing at AirAsia, and Associate Director of Performance Media at Performics. Ugandhar began a career in digital marketing with a role as Performance Team Lead at Lion & Lion Digital Agency, and has also held significant positions at Accenture and Google, focusing on technical support and search marketing. Ugandhar holds an MBA in Marketing from Magnus School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from PITAM.
