Wanderlei Souza

Wanderlei Souza is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Architecture at Cartão Elo, Wanderlei previously held senior roles at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Engineering and Distinguished Engineer. Additional experience includes serving as CTO at Beleza na Web, Senior Development Manager and Senior API Developer at Apontador, and Senior Java Developer/Tech Lead at Vostu. Wanderlei holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and completed the Stanford Ignite Academic Program in Innovation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2017.
