Meghan Frias, PHR, SHRM-CP, possesses over fifteen years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving in HR Communications & Recruitment at Carter BloodCare since October 2020, Meghan previously held the position of Branch Manager at Sterling Personnel from August 2008 to September 2020. In this role, Meghan managed field office operations, focused on customer service, and oversaw full-cycle recruiting and human resource consulting while ensuring compliance with Employment Law, Employee Relations, and Recruitment/Selection processes. Meghan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas between 2003 and 2008.
