Meredith Clark

Meredith Clark, M.B.A., currently serves as Business Unit Controller at Carter Intralogistics since November 2024. Previously, Meredith held the position of Plant Controller at TICO, leading multi-divisional finance management and enhancing compliance with SOX regulations. With extensive experience at Howmet Aerospace in various financial roles, including Assistant Controller, Meredith was instrumental in managing month-end close processes, supervising financial analysis, and conducting audits. Other roles include Senior Accountant at Be Green Packaging and earlier positions in cost accounting, demonstrating a strong background in financial management, process improvement, and team leadership. Meredith holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute and degrees in Accounting from Strayer University and Savannah Technical College.
