Colin Steil

Colin Steil is a seasoned entrepreneur and business professional with extensive experience in technology and international relations. As a Co-Founder of Cartesi since January 2018, Colin has played a pivotal role in developing a unique app-specific rollup protocol that enhances the design capabilities for DApp developers. Previously, Colin served as a Program Ambassador for Anchor Taiwan, providing a residency program for entrepreneurs, and as Global Partnerships Manager at both Mobile Only Accelerator and Chinaccelerator, facilitating growth for startups in mobile-first markets. Additionally, Colin worked as an Investment Analyst at SOSV, an early-stage venture capital firm, and co-founded the Canada China Youth Association, which fosters Sino-Canadian relationships. Colin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta and an intensive Chinese language program from National Taiwan Normal University.
