C. Thomas Vangsness

Dr. Vangsness is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and internationally recognized for his expertise in shoulder and knee surgery. He has conducted and published extensive research with a focus on such topics as shoulder and ligament biomechanics, stem cell biology, allograft transplantation, and meniscal cartilage. He directed multiple clinical trials focused on osteoarthritis and cartilage restoration. He is the author of the critically acclaimed book “The New Science of Overcoming Arthritis”.
