Kevin Downs

Kevin Downs is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and production supervision. Currently serving as Associate General Manager and Reconditioning Manager at Carvana since November 2019, Kevin previously held the position of Production Supervisor at Cintas from October 2016 to November 2019. Earlier, Kevin accumulated significant experience at USSynthetic, where roles included Machine Operator and Shift Supervisor Intern, focusing on problem solving, lean concepts, and mentoring staff. Additional roles include New Business Development Technician, Economic Development Intern at the City of Orem, Crew Manager at Dowdle Folk Art, and Owner/Operator of Downs Handyman Services. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Utah Valley University, along with a Certificate of Proficiency in Operations Management.
