Terra Montgomery-Nelson

Terra Montgomery-Nelson is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at CASA since 2024, Terra has held several significant roles, including Senior Director of Operations, People, and Talent at The Hub Project (2023-2024) and Senior Director of Human Resources and Operations at the American Flood Coalition (2021-2023). Previous positions include Head of Operations at ARTECHOUSE (2019-2021), Human Resources & Accounting Manager at OEHME, VAN SWEDEN | OvS (2016-2019), and Operations Manager at Four Brothers Design + Build (2011-2016). Terra began the professional journey in the role of Accounting/Human Resources at Dental Office at River House (2007-2012). Terra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Management, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
