Hailey joined Cascadia in 2021 at the end of a 9-month internship with the team. She provides research, analysis, and community engagement across a variety of Cascadia’s climate and sustainability projects for clients including the City of Renton, the City of Shoreline, and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. Hailey is a graduate from San Diego State University, with a B.S. in Environmental Science, and a graduate from Northern Arizona University, with a Masters in Science, Climate Science & Solutions. While at Northern Arizona University, Hailey served on student team to draft a proposal to implement the use of Social Cost of Carbon in the University's purchasing decision. She has also supported a variety of climate work including research and action advocacy projects across the United States including corporatate responsibility research for the U.S Partnership for Education for Sustainable Development.
