Edwin Santana is an experienced community organizer currently working at Freedom Agenda since November 2021. In addition, Edwin has been serving as an Intake and Case Management Specialist at the Prisoner Reentry Institute since March 2019 and as a Care Navigator at Harlem United since February 2018, focusing on care coordination.
