Eric Sobotka

Eric Sobotka is the Managing Partner and Founder of Durational Capital Management, a position held since 2016. In addition, Eric serves as a Board Member for Casper since January 2022 and for Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Eric was a Portfolio Manager at Eminence Capital from 2004 to 2016. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1997 and 2001.
