Its Vessel operations segment consists of chartering a fleet of shallow draft offshore support vessels to customers performing oil and gas exploration activities in the Caspian Sea. Its Geophysical services segment consists of providing seismic data acquisition services to oil and gas companies operating onshore in Kazakhstan. Its Marine base services segment consists of operating a marine base with boat repair and drydocking services yard located at the Port of Bautino on the North Caspian Sea. Through Caspian Services Group LLP, it manages the vessel operations business provided by its vessel fleet. Through Tat-Arka LLP, the Company manages its geophysical services operations. Through Balykshi LLP, it oversees the operations of the marine base.
