Jim Fairey

Jim Fairey possesses extensive experience in operations management and customer service. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Cass Information Systems since January 2018, Jim oversees a US team responsible for managing technology invoices for clients while also contributing as the Sustainability Lead, promoting global sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Jim held various positions at Verizon Wireless from April 2009 to January 2018, including Manager of Operations and Technical Support Senior Manager in training, where responsibilities encompassed leadership development and team management. Jim's career also includes experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry. Academically, Jim holds multiple degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
