Annette Franz, CCXP, is the Founder and CEO of CX Journey Inc., a global consulting firm specializing in customer experience strategy and culture transformation since November 2011. As an author, Annette published "Customer Understanding: Three Ways to Put the 'Customer' in Customer Experience (and at the Heart of Your Business)" in 2019. Annette has held roles including Senior Consultant at AspireUp, Co-Founder and Principal at Insight Wave, Co-Founder and Co-Host of Experia Summit, and Certified CX Workout Advisor. Annette has also served in leadership capacities at Fidelity Investments and Touchpoint Dashboard, focusing on marketing and customer experience. Annette holds a B.S. in Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills and further education from The Ohio State University.
