Kristi Faltorusso serves as Chief Customer Officer and formerly held the role of VP of Customer Success at ClientSuccess, a company that provides a Customer Success Management solution. Kristi is also a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital and Founding LP at Success Venture Partners, actively supporting early-stage B2B companies. Additional roles include membership in the PeakSpan Expert Community, Course Instructor at CourseCareers, and Founding Member of both CS Angel and Gain Grow Retain, the largest Customer Success Community. Kristi founded Keeping CS Simple, a resource portal for Customer Success professionals, and served as Founding Advisor for CS Ladies, a community supporting women in the field. Kristi holds a BFA in Public Relations from Long Island University.
