Leonhard holds an MBA from INSEAD (Singapore/Fontainebleau) with distinction, a double degree B.Sc. in International Business Studies and Chinese from the EBS University (Wiesbaden) and the Tongji University (Shanghai) with distinction and a B.Sc. in Psychology from the Fernuniversität Hagen with distinction.
