Yen-Wah Lam

Yen-Wah Lam currently serves as Partner-Chief People Officer & President at Castlelake, a position held since January 2018, where responsibilities include managing enterprise-level risk, organizational change, and overseeing all non-investment operations such as Human Resources, Finance & Operations, and Legal & Compliance. Prior to Castlelake, Yen-Wah Lam was the HR Director for Europe & Asia at Jupiter Asset Management Limited from February 2006 to November 2017, leading the HR Generalist function across multiple regions. Earlier career experiences include roles as Senior HR Business Partner at Jupiter Asset Management, HR Manager at BT, and HR Analyst and HR Advisor at Thomson Reuters. Yen-Wah Lam holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and Geography from the University of Leeds and a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Westminster University.
