Kevin Burke

Kevin Burke is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Castlemartyr Resort since February 2009, Kevin has also held the position of Senior Sous Chef at the same establishment. Prior experience includes a tenure at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from April 2003 to August 2008 as a Junior Sous Chef, contributing to the restaurant's achievement of 1 Michelin Star and 5 AA rosettes. Kevin's career began at One Lombard Street Restaurant as Chef De Partie, where the restaurant also earned a 1 Michelin Star. Earlier positions include Demi Chef de Partie at Dromoland Castle Hotel & Country Estate from January 2000 to April 2002.
