Jakub Swiercz is an experienced IT and project management professional with a diverse background in service delivery and business infrastructure management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Lead at Volvo Group and Senior Information Technology Manager at Castra AB since November 2020, Jakub has previously held key roles at Sigma IT Group, AstraZeneca, and Volvo Car Group, among others. With expertise in managing IT services, driving efficient adoption of technology solutions, and fostering stakeholder relationships, Jakub has effectively contributed to various industrial projects while employing methodologies like Agile, Lean, and tools such as PlanView and PowerBI.
