Alejandro Del Soto has extensive experience in operations and customer retention across various telecommunications companies. Currently serving as Jefe de Operaciones at CAT Technologies Argentina, Alejandro leads teams focused on Mobile Retention, WhatsApp, Chat, and Social Media, enhancing client retention for Personal and Personal Flow. Previously, Alejandro held the position of Jefe de Retención y Fidelización at Telecom Argentina, leading retention and loyalty teams for both residential and corporate segments. Additionally, Alejandro managed wholesale sales, telemarketing, e-commerce, and retail at Nextel, contributing significantly to customer acquisition strategies. Earlier roles include Jefe de Televentas e Internet at DIRECTV and coordination of corporate sales teams at Consolidar AFJP and Origenes AFJP.
