Nicole Mennicke

Nicole Mennicke currently serves as a Fractional Integrator for CATALYST Integrators™, specializing in companies utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). With a robust background in marketing and management, Nicole previously held the position of Director of Marketing for the Female Integrator Mastermind (FIM), an international mentoring platform for women in leadership roles. From 2008 to 2022, Nicole worked at Rocket Clicks, progressing from Paid Search Manager to Vice President, where expertise in Pay Per Click Advertising and Search Engine Optimization was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes roles as a Marketing Specialist Assistant at Progressive Advertising Solutions and Event Coordinator at Manor Park Foundation. Nicole earned a BA in Marketing and Professional Communications from Alverno College.
