Gerald Glickman

Gerald Glickman is a seasoned professional in fraud and identity risk management, currently serving as Senior Director of Policy and Strategy at MVB Bank since March 2022, overseeing comprehensive fraud management strategies. In addition to this role, Glickman is the Banking Commissioner for the Catawba Digital Economic Zone, responsible for chartering and regulating banks under its legal framework. Glickman also actively contributes to the Travel Rule Information Sharing Alliance as a working group member. A former Director of Fraud and Risk at ID.me, Glickman led teams in developing fraud strategies for various federal agencies, and prior experience at Capital One involved strategic leadership in fraud detection and machine learning applications.
