Monty Ngan is a seasoned entrepreneur and business executive with a diverse background in founding and leading innovative ventures. Currently, Monty serves as the Co-Founder of Pearl Talent, dedicated to assisting US-based startups in sourcing exceptional overseas talent. Previously, Monty held the role of COO at Julian.capital, a deeptech seed fund, and played key positions in business operations at Songbird Therapy and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. As a Co-Founder of Ascend, Monty focused on optimizing rental pricing for property managers and real estate developers. Monty's initial entrepreneurial venture was Lolly Medical, a platform aimed at enhancing accessibility to mental health care. Monty also contributed significantly to think tank initiatives, coordinating AI and Latin American summits, and founded TalkED, a platform promoting indigenous language preservation in the Philippines. Monty holds a degree from The Wharton School in the Huntsman Program with a concentration in Business Analytics.
