Blake Blumenshine

Blake Blumenshine has extensive experience at Caterpillar Inc. since March 1994, currently serving as the Vendor Management - Supplier Relations Manager, specializing in supplier relations with Fortune 50 companies in IT and Cyber Security and negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts. Previous roles at Caterpillar include Strategy & Governance Manager, Process Manager, SAP Deployment Manager, CPS/6 Sigma & Quality Manager, Operations Manager, and Supply Chain Manager, where responsibilities included logistics and supply chain management for the Tractor Factory Floor. Additionally, Blake served on the Board of Directors for AIAG from November 2012 to March 2024 and held a position in Environmental Management at FMC Corporation in 1992. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Bradley University and a degree in Safety Engineering from Illinois State University, alongside completion of the Caterpillar LEAD Program in Advanced Management.
