Cara Reginald is an experienced professional in equipment training solutions and marketing within Caterpillar Inc., holding various key roles since joining the company in November 2011. Currently serving as the Equipment Training Solutions (ETS) Manager, Cara is responsible for developing and delivering training products and services while leading the Certified Dealer Instructor and Operator program.
