Grace Yergler

Grace Yergler is an Operations Specialist at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities include serving as the first line of contact for new hires, leading weekly orientations, conducting audits, and performing data analytics since October 2021. Previous roles include Corporate Human Resources Intern and Recruiting Intern focused on pre-employment processes. Prior to Caterpillar Inc., Grace worked as a Nanny at Care.com, a Team Member at Pizza Hut, and as an Appraisal Intern at M.S.C of Indiana, where tasks involved taking comparable photos, conducting appraisals, and data entry. Grace also gained experience as a Sales Associate at South Side Mission. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management with a Human Resources Track from the University of Iowa, Grace previously attended Illinois Central College and earned a high school diploma from Peoria Christian School, having also attended Illini Bluffs High School.
