Ian Duncan

Ian Duncan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at Caterpillar Inc. since February 2020. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Ploy as an IT Professional and Student, with contract positions at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Ashurst Lawyers. Ian has held various positions in companies such as Rivercity Solutions, The Haynes Group, Dose Innovations, and Downer EDI Mining, where responsibilities included client engagement, project management, IT systems support, and training development. Ian achieved significant recognition, including the "Achievement through Cooperation and Teamwork" Award at Downer Mining and led the rollout of a National Learning Management System.
