Rishav Sharma

Rishav Sharma is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the automation and design sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in the Autonomy & Automation Division at Caterpillar Inc. since October 2022, Rishav specializes in NTI & NPI validation and verification. Prior to this role, Rishav worked at L&T Technology Services Limited as a validation engineer, focusing on manual testing and HIL validation. Rishav has a strong background in design engineering from AeroX Motorsports, where key responsibilities included CAD modeling, CFD studies, and securing sponsorships, alongside previous positions involving wheel assembly and new concept designs at JP Minda Group and National Hydro-electric Power Corporation. Rishav holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University and a high school diploma in STEM.
