Shauna Latshaw

Shauna Latshaw serves as the Group Chief Information Officer for Energy & Transportation at Caterpillar Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Shauna worked as a Senior Partner at IBM, leading the Global SAP Center of Competence from February 2022 to May 2023. Shauna was also a member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives, from April 2022 to April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer at Compass Group, where digital transformation initiatives were implemented for $21B in revenue, and various vice-presidential roles at Cardinal Health, enhancing eCommerce and IT capabilities across the organization. Shauna's career began at Accenture as a Senior Consultant and included a role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President, Director of Information Technology. Education includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University in Information & Communication Sciences and Telecommunications, respectively.
