Lori Burquez

Lori Burquez, MBA, SPHR, serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cathay Bank since February 2017, previously holding the title of FVP, Senior Employee Relations Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Regional HR Manager at Smurfit Kappa and HR Director at CODA Energy. Lori has also contributed as an HR Business Partner at City National Bank and held various HR management positions at Avery Dennison from 1999 to 2011, specializing in employee relations, performance management, and leadership development. Lori holds an MBA in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University and a BS in Business Administration, Finance from California State Polytechnic University.
