Donna Sit

Donna Sit currently serves as the Sustainable Development Manager at Cathay Pacific within the Group Sustainability Department, a position held since May 2024. Additionally, Donna holds advisory roles on the Energy Advisory Committee and the Agricultural Products Scholarship Fund Advisory Committee for the HKSAR Government since December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Sustainability Manager at HK Express, where key initiatives included the Sustainability Vision & Strategy 2030 and the Customer Carbon Offset Programme, alongside work as Assistant Manager of Sustainability at K11 Concepts Limited and Senior Project Officer for Business Sustainability at The University of Hong Kong. Donna's career began as a Management Trainee at Airport Authority Hong Kong. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Hong Kong and an MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development from UCL.
