Wendy Tam

Wendy Tam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management at Cathay Pacific. Since February 2021, Wendy has held the position of Global Total Rewards Manager - Policy & Governance, following the role of People Advisory Manager. Prior to this, from July 2010 to January 2020, Wendy served as a People Business Partner and was involved in cabin crew recruitment and career development. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
