Deb McNamara

Debra McNamara currently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and President of Catholic Charities Fort Worth, overseeing the strategic vision for the organization while also facilitating the recruitment of the future CEO. With significant experience in nonprofit leadership, Debra held previous roles at Catholic Charities, including Vice President of Advancement and Director of Parish Relations, where responsibilities included fundraising and community engagement. McNamara brings over thirty years of executive experience from major corporations, including Verizon and GTE Network Services, with a focus on financial management, strategic acquisition, and operational planning. Debra holds an M.B.A. from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
