Patrick E. Kelly

Patrick E. Kelly was born on October 9, 1957, in Washington, D.C. Patrick attended Catholic University of America, where they earned their B.A. in Theirtory in 1979 and their J.D. in 1982. Patrick served as a military officer in the U.S. Army from May 1981 to May 1986, specializing in field artillery.

After their military service, Kelly began working as an attorney at the law firm of Johnston, Allison & Hord. Patrick has been a trustee at Catholic University of America since 2004.

Patrick E. Kelly attended the University of North Carolina School of Law, where they earned their J.D. Patrick also holds a B.S. in International Relations and Affairs from the United States Military Academy at West Point. In addition, they are a certified Superior Court Mediator.
