Shay Divald

Shay Divald is an Algorithm Developer at CathWorks since October 2022, focusing on advanced algorithmic solutions in the medical field. Prior to this role, Shay completed a research project at the University of Oxford, which involved developing a deep learning-based method for unlearning dataset bias in 3D fetal brain ultrasound segmentation, guided by a professor. Experience as a Teaching Assistant in Data Structures and Algorithms at Tel Aviv University was gained between October 2020 and August 2021. Shay also served as a commander and sergeant in the instructor's course of the Israel Defense Forces artillery corps from 2013 to 2015. Educational background includes an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from Imperial College London and two degrees from Tel Aviv University, an MSc in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
