Agathe Leloux

Agathe Leloux currently serves as Chef de projets Formulation at Caudalie since December 2018, leading R&D projects focused on cosmetic formulations, including anti-aging treatments and skincare products. Previously, Agathe held the position of R&D and Regulatory Manager at REMEDIALS LABORATOIRE, overseeing the development and regulatory aspects of the WOMAN ESSENTIALS brand. At Oriflame Cosmetics, Agathe worked as a Formulation Chemist in the Skin Care & Personal Care NPD Department, developing various formulations and ensuring GLP compliance. Earlier experiences include an internship at Symrise in the Cosmetic Ingredients Department, and multiple roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, where Agathe focused on pharmaceutical production and quality control. Agathe's education includes a Master's degree in Formulated Product Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and an Engineer's degree in Chemistry from ESCOM.
